My name is Romain, I've been cooking since the age of 14 in my natal France. I was trained in Michelin star and Relais and Chateaux for most of my youth. I moved to London (UK) early 2007 to work at a 2-stars Michelin and finally made my way to Toronto (Canada) late 2010. I am launching a plant based cookbook in 2022.
