Welcome to my Holiday Cookie Collection!

I'm sharing with you 7 of my favorite cookie recipes. In this collection I've reinvented some of the classic Holiday Cookies! A couple of the recipes are inspired by what my Grandfather who is from Italy would make around the Holidays such as the Pistachio, Almond & Orange Biscotti and Italian Rainbow Cookies. The nostalgic Oatmeal Cookies are going Gluten-Free in my version. They also have an incredible Brown Butter Maple Glaze, I'm drooling just thinking about it! The classic Snowball, Russian Tea Cake or also known as Wedding Cookie is made vegan in this collection and it's just as amazing as the original! Peppermint and Hot Cocoa also become a cookie over here! Also, not to mention EGG NOG Cookies! It tastes just like the Holidays! I hope you all enjoy my Holiday Cookie Collection!
