Hands down my favourite salad ever.

It is inspired by my time spent in the Middle East during my teenage years πŸ‡¦πŸ‡ͺ

Optionally you could add a dash of orange blossom. I like to top it up with fried Lebanese bread (like a fattoush) for extra crispiness πŸ‘Œ

Ingredients

Salad

Cut in 4

Crumbled

Diced finely

Sliced at an angle

Dressing

Directions

Step 1

Simply cut your ingredients as indicated

Step 2

Present them separately in a large bowl

Step 3

Add your dressing elements to the displayed salad

Step 4

If made in advance, keep it refrigerated

Step 5

Mix it up in front of your guests right before serving it

Step 6

Make sure to check for seasoning as these elements require a generous amount of salt
