Ingredients

unsalted butter
plant based butter is good too. soften butter at room temperature.

brown sugar

lb (pound)
sugar

tablespoon
ground cinnamon

teaspoon
ground nutmeg
1
teaspoon
ground cloves
1
quart
vanilla ice cream
softened

Directions

Step 1

Add butter, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.

Step 2

Add ice cream and stir to combine again.

Step 3

Transfer to container jar with a lid, seal and store in a freezer until ready to use.
