Skirt Steak is one of my favorite cuts of meat...if it's cooked and cut correctly that is. The best part about skirt steak is that it hold flavor very well, which makes it the perfect vessel for different marinades. For this recipe I whipped up a Korean gochujang marinade, which worked so well, it might be the only marinade I use going forward!
