In 2016, I discovered roasted peanut flour. I had never heard of it before, and have been hooked ever since! Once you open the bag, the amazing aroma of delicious roasted peanuts is a total game changer. Once I tasted it, I knew it would be perfect in peanut butter brownies.
TIPS/TRICKS/SHORTCUTS
First off if you can't find roasted peanut flour, no worries just use regular flour or if you are gluten free, try gluten free flour. Also you can skip the peanut butter layer if peanut butter is not your thing (no judgement!) The brownies will still be delicious. Lastly, try adding a little sea salt to the top of the brownies for the ultimate salty sweet deliciousness.
