Today’s #fridgeforaging is my favorite way to eat. Throw a bunch of vegetables, grains, and cheese into a bowl and top with a tasty dressing and call it a meal. A jammy egg on top doesn’t hurt either.

The star of the show today is definitely the green goddess dressing. It is a great way to use up any dying herbs in our fridges and can be put on just about anything that needs a little boost of flavor, not just a salad.
