Thai inspired salmon in parchment with coconut rice happening over on #fridgeforaging. Maybe not the most gorgeous of dishes I have ever made but it came together in 20 minutes and tasted delicious so that is all that matters💪

Also all rice from now on should be coconut rice. So delicious you can just eat it in its own with some peanuts, herbs, and lime juice folded in🕺
