Nothing screams date night more than one of the sexiest classics there is, Beef Wellington. The Wellington has quite a storied history to say the least. Created for the first Duke of Wellington in 1815 to celebrate his victory over Napolean Bonaparte at the Battle of Waterloo. However, wrapping meat in dough dates back even further, to the romans and even earlier to the ancient greeks. It makes sense that this dish could stand the test of time, it is absolutely delicious.

This dish can be a little trick to master but with time and practice it will become a staple in your repertoire and a favorite of friends and family alike.
