Chocolate Covered Strawberries

I absolutely love chocolate covered strawberries, and I think they are the perfect sweet treat for a little party spread. Depending on the type of chocolate you use (such as dark chocolate), these can also be vegan friendly! The key is to make sure your strawberries are dried very well after you wash them, otherwise the chocolate will slide right off.

The recipe includes both white and dark chocolate if you want to marble the strawberries (like you see in the photo!). You can totally just do all dark chocolate or all white chocolate if you prefer - just use 8oz of chocolate total.
