Here is another dish that is quite special to me. This is one of the first dishes that I added to the menu of the MasterChef TV Experience Restaurant in Dubai and it has been a hit ever since. Here we touch the edges of molecular gastronomy with the grapefruit glee and lemon air, both very easy to accomplish and both add big flavor to the dish. Perfect for date night or any occasion where an impression through food is a must.
