Swap out the Kahlua with Borghetti for a less sweet, more grown up Espresso Martini.
Pull a fresh espresso shot and add the kosher salt to it. Stick it in the fridge for ten minutes.
Add ice to a cocktail shaker and pour in the vodka, Borghetti, and chilled espresso
Shake well and strain into a coupe glass or martini glass
Garnish with two coffee beans on top
