There is only one thing that beats a good cheeseburger, and that's this Bacon-Onion Jam Wagyu Burger. I'm not lying when I say this is probably one of the best burgers I ever made.
It's a 1/3 pound Wagyu pattie with caramelized bacon-onion jam, cheddar cheese, and my not so secret burger sauce (recipe below)
