Marinated Bocconcini is a staple in any good Italian deli, and its the perfect side to accompany your backyard BBQs.
I thought I’d show you how to make it right at home. But here, I decided to turn it into a salad with some fresh cherry tomatoes. If you want it the classic way, feel free to omit the tomatoes and each the bocconcini by themselves.
