These Herby Honey Chipotle Chicken Skewers are inspired by my latest camping trip with fire grilled chicken. I wanted to come up with some staple chicken skewer recipes for the summer, and these are definitely it! They are smokey, herby, and so so yummy. Pan sear, grill, or cook over a fire, and enjoy :)
