This chicken is one of my favorite spiced chicken flavor profiles, and definitely a fan favorite when I cook it for clients, friends, and family. Let this marinate in the fridge for up to 3 days, or just use it right after mixing together the marinade.
This recipe is for the chicken itself, but I have quite a few combinations this chicken would be great paired with:
- Pair with Oregano Rice Pilaf and Stonefruit Fattoush for an easy casual Mediterranean themed dinner party.
- Add on a mezze platter with fresh pita, vegetables (radish, cucumber, carrots, etc) hummus, brown butter yogurt sauce, and babaganoush.
- I also use this chicken in a quinoa bowl with feta and beets.
