I never really enjoyed tuna salad when I was younger, but having GOOD tuna salad is a game changer, and this recipe is foolproof. This is great option for a protein that stays fresh for a good 3-4 days. I’ll be topping this on salad for a couple days, with crostini and crudite, and even a hot tuna melt for my work from home day.
