I'm finally seeing all the spring produce at the markets, and can't wait for all the recipes. Seasoning cooking is my absolute favorite, and this recipe is a perfect quick, healthy, and delicious way to enjoy asparagus.

The pork tenderloin I have listed in the recipe is a triple batch for what is needed for this garlic noodle recipe. I marinated the 1.5 lbs to be used for 3 different recipes - feel free to modify this amount if you're just making the garlic noodles.
