Nutty Pudding from the Bryan Johnson and Blueprint

raspberries

blackberries

pomegranate juice

pea protein
up to 60 grams

Directions

Step 1

Add Macadamia Milk to a food processor (50 - 100 mL depending on desired consistency)

Step 2

Add ground walnuts, macadamia nuts, ground flax seeds. Grinding yourself provides the highest nutrition

Step 3

Add cocoa, sunflower lecithin, pea protein and cinnamon to food processor

Step 4

Add 3 cherries, pomegranate juice and half of your berries to the food processor

Step 5

Mix on high for 3 to 4 minutes

Step 6

To serve, pour into a bowl, and top with berries.
