These cookies are SO good, and I make them when I have leftover candy around the house (from Halloween, holidays, kids birthday parties, whenever). They have half chocolate chips, half chopped up chocolate candy - I use a mix of snickers, Milky Way and Twix. Make a big batch, portion out the dough into balls, and freeze them - then bake how ever many at a time you want to have and store the rest in a ziplock in the freezer for the next time you want cookies (you can bake them straight from frozen).

If you're baking them right away, don't skip the freezing step - it helps the cookies keep their shape and not spread too much.

Yields 36 cookies.
