Garlic Noodles are a simple side dish to add to any Asian meal. They come together in just 10 minutes, and are just 4 key ingredients.

Non-stick Fry Pan

Ingredients

chinese wheat noodles
can be found in the refrigerated noodle section at most asian market
3
tablespoons
butter
3
cloves
garlic
sliced or minced
1/4
each
pasta water
reserved from after boiling noodles the water
each
chopped cilantro
chopped. optional, for garnish
1/4
cup
soy sauce

Directions

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions (typically boil, then drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside). Reserve the 1/4 cup of pasta water before draining.

Step 2

In a large sauté pan, melt the butter on medium heat and add in sliced garlic. Once garlic begins to brown, add in the noodles and mix noodles with the butter.

Step 3

To the noodles, add in the pasta water and soy sauce. Use tongs to coat the sauce evenly with the noodles. Taste, adjust seasoning as needed, and serve!
