Garlic Noodles are a simple side dish to add to any Asian meal. They come together in just 10 minutes, and are just 4 key ingredients.
Cook pasta according to package directions (typically boil, then drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside). Reserve the 1/4 cup of pasta water before draining.
In a large sauté pan, melt the butter on medium heat and add in sliced garlic. Once garlic begins to brown, add in the noodles and mix noodles with the butter.
To the noodles, add in the pasta water and soy sauce. Use tongs to coat the sauce evenly with the noodles. Taste, adjust seasoning as needed, and serve!
