These toasts are for those nights when you feel famished. Maybe it’s because your friend made you go on a hike, maybe you spent an extra 30 on your Peloton. Either way these come together quickly and will crush your deep hunger. I make these toasts for dinner, but sometimes I’ll cut them smaller and serve them as an appetizer. The salsa verde livens everything up here so I like to generously drizzle it all over. I call for a french loaf, but you can go rogue here and try sourdough or whatever you’re feeling at the moment.
