A simple dessert of fresh fruit in meringue with crème anglaise is as good as it gets. It’s also dead simple to make.
For this version, I fill the merengue cup with fresh raspberries that have been gently tossed with a little bit of the fresh raspberry sauce, top with crème anglaise, and a few drizzles of fresh berry sauces.
If all the components are prepared ahead, this dessert can be assembled and served in mere minutes!
