Summer brings with it a plethora of berry and stone fruit desserts, none of which I am sad about! Making sure that the chocolate dessert category is well represented year round, I developed this delicious centerpiece - perfect for any season.

What’s not to love? A deeply flavored, nutty-chocolaty cookie crust, a lush and floofy, chocolate-hazelnut filling that’s topped with a fudge sauce and finished with chocolate hazelnut candies.

No baking, an easy list of ingredients relying on several ready-made items, and a few simple steps make this a doable dessert that’s guaranteed to get raves before during and after. You’re welcome!

BTW - make it gluten-free by using 1 220g box of Kinnikinnick KinniKritters Chocolate Animal Cookies for the crust and Baci candies for the decoration.
